At the age of 25, he contracted a second ulceration, whose date of onset after coitus he could not specify, as he was living a marital life at that time. This was accompanied by a lymph node infarction and secondary specific accidents, roseola headache, osteopathic pain, etc., which bothered him for some time (3-4 months) and which healed without specific treatment. Paciente de 33 años que ingresa al Hospital Clínicas, al servicio del Prof. Dr. Ignacio Martínez. A los 22 años contrae una ulceración en el pene, que le aparece cuatro o cinco días después de un coito: dolorosa, no acompañada de infarto ganglionar, curando sin novedad poco tiempo después, con un tratamiento antiséptico. A los 25 años contrae una segunda ulceración, cuya fecha de aparición después del coito no logra precisarla, por hacer en esa época vida marital. Esta se acompaña de infarto ganglionar y accidentes de forma específica secundaria, roseola cefalea, dolores osteoscopos, etc ., que le molestan por algún tiempo (3-4 meses) y que curan sin tratamiento específico.
