El artículo analiza la relación entre el Estado y las personas jurídicas de existencia ideal, y cómo la intervención del Estado en su actividad puede violar los derechos innatos de los seres humanos. Se menciona que las leyes que limitan la actividad de estas personas son contrarias a los principios generales de la legislación común y violan el precepto de la carta fundamental del Estado.
