The idea is excellent, although its mere realization would hardly counteract the visible decline that is noticeable in the study of such a fundamental subject; but starting from this increase to introduce certain reforms in the method, a frank movement of restoration could be expected. Se atribuye a uno de los Académicos más calificados de la Facultad de Derecho el propósito de prestigiar el aumento a seis años de los cuatro en que en la actualidad se hace el curso de derecho civil en la Universidad de Córdoba. La idea es excelente, aunque difícilmente su sola realización contrarrestaría la visible decadencia que se nota en el estudio de esa materia tan fundamental; pero partiendo de ese aumento para introducir ciertas reformas en el método, cabría aguardar un franco movimiento de restauración.
