Dr. D. Cosme del Campo. First historian of Tucumán

Dr. D Cosme was the first Historian of Tucumán. His birth must have coincided with the century in which he acted, and did his first letters and even humanities in the Jesuit schools of Santiago, and higher studies in Cordoba, from whose University he obtained the degree of Doctor in Technology.
