La Universidad de Córdoba, llegada ya al Tercer Centenario de su fundación ha querido ampliar el círculo de sus publicaciones, con una revista periódica llamada a integrar los exponentes de su vida intelectual. La iniciativa había surgido muchas veces en el seno de su Consejo Directivo, siendo acogida siempre con marcada simpatía; inconvenientes de circunstancias demoraban sin embargo su realización, los que han sido vencidos hoy sin dificultad.
