Sumario:This act is a reflection of the phenomenon of renewal that life offers in its constant evolution: Some arrive, ready for study and effort, longing for work that dignifies and knowledge that improves and elevates; and others leave, full of dreams and hopes, in pursuit of the ideal that encourages the steps of all human existence; but, if I owe the greeting of welcome to some, and to others, the expression of farewell, all have the right to expect from my investiture and my years, the meditated and serene word, which invites reflection and study.
