La Universidad de Córdoba se complace en expresar su adhesión a este acto solemne del Instituto Sanmartiniano, que deja así públicamente establecida su filial en esta ciudad, cuyo destino es contribuir a la patriótica obra de aquél, señalada en forma precisa en el artículo 2° de sus bases doctrinales: "el estudio y la docencia permanente y metódica del factor principal de nuestra argentinidad, el Libertador José de San Martín".
