To this end, it reconstructs the infrastructure and circuits through which agricultural products entered the city, identifying the groups involved, the relationships and assets. At the same time, the legal instruments that regulate these practices are addressed, as well as the resources and documents created for their organization. El siguiente trabajo trata el comercio de hacienda y “frutos del país” entre la ciudad y la campaña de Buenos Aires para el consumo doméstico e industrial, en el período de organización y construcción del Estado nacional. Para ello, reconstruye la infraestructura y los circuitos por los que ingresaron productos agropecuarios a la ciudad e identifica los actores, las relaciones y los bienes que intervinieron. A su vez, aborda los instrumentos jurídicos que regularon esas prácticas y los recursos y documentos generados para su organización.
