| Sumario: | This article explores the political and propagandistic activities of Bruno Fricke in Argentina during the 1930s and 1940s. Fricke was one of the main promoters of National Socialism in South America and later played a transcendental role in the formation of one of the first German-speaking groups opposed to the Third Reich. He was party to the making and dissemination of claims of a "Nazi infiltration" in the country and the continent, which had notorious repercussions on public opinion and a profound impact both on the German-speaking community and on the entirety of Argentine political life. |
