Fricke was one of the main promoters of National Socialism in South America and later played a transcendental role in the formation of one of the first German-speaking groups opposed to the Third Reich. He was party to the making and dissemination of claims of a "Nazi infiltration" in the country and the continent, which had notorious repercussions on public opinion and a profound impact both on the German-speaking community and on the entirety of Argentine political life. Este artículo explora las actividades políticas y propagandísticas impulsadas por Bruno Fricke en la Argentina durante las décadas de 1930 y 1940. Fricke fue uno de los principales promotores del nacionalsocialismo en Sudamérica y tuvo luego un papel trascendental en la conformación de una de las primeras agrupaciones de habla alemana opositoras al tercer Reich. Participó en la elaboración y difusión de denuncias sobre una “infiltración nazi” en el país y el continente que alcanzaron notorias repercusiones en la opinión pública y tuvieron un profundo impacto tanto en la comunidad germanoparlante como en el conjunto de la vida política argentina.
