The objective is to problematize the experiences of the agents and their daily practices in the face of the jurisdictional changes carried out during the 1830s. The changes in the territorial dimension of the justice of the peace and the police are analyzed in order to establish the jurisdictional crossings between both authorities and the conflict that it aroused. At the same time, the modifications in the administration of low justice introduced by the rosismo are studied. Este trabajo explora las justicias de paz de la ciudad de Buenos Aires a partir de su relación con otras autoridades locales, especialmente con los comisarios. El objetivo es problematizar las experiencia de los agentes y sus prácticas cotidianas ante los cambios jurisdiccionales llevados a cabo durante la década de 1830. Se analizan los cambios en la dimensión territorial de la justicia de paz y la policía con el objeto de establecer los cruces jurisdiccionales entre ambas autoridades y la conflictividad que suscitó.
