Now, this world order is going through a serious civilizational crisis, so that in the 21st century there is an urgent need to reposition proposals for social change, under realistic bases and without detracting from utopian horizons, that favor the materialization of the dream of a democratic, pluralistic, egalitarian, emancipated and solidary world. For this purpose, it is not appropriate to ignore philosophical-scientific works, duly delimited in the substantial contributions of Bolívar Echeverría, who knew how to deepen acutely on revolutionary processes, based on realism and utopia. Consequently, the purpose of this paper is to generate an analysis, from a hermeneutic methodology, on specific postulates of Echeverría on the subject, in comparison with other contributions.

Luego de la caída del bloque socialista, lo relacionado con las transformaciones sociales, sean desde perspectivas utópicas o desde parámetros realistas, quedó marginado de las reflexiones y debates políticos, a causa del posicionamiento global y unipolar del capitalismo neoliberal. Ahora, dicho orden mundial atraviesa una grave crisis civilizatoria, por lo que en el siglo XXI resurge la urgente necesidad de reposicionar propuestas de cambio social, bajo sustentos realistas y sin desmerecer horizontes utópicos, que propicien la materialización del sueño hacia un mundo democrático, pluralista, igualitario, emancipado y solidario. En tal propósito, no procede ignorar trabajos filosófico-científicos, debidamente delimitados en los aportes substanciales de Bolívar Echeverría, que supo profundizar agudamente sobre procesos revolucionarios, con base en el realismo y la utopía. En consecuencia, el propósito de este trabajo radica en generar un análisis, desde una metodología hermenéutica, sobre específicos postulados de Echeverría en la temática, en comparación con otras contribuciones. Após a queda do bloco socialista, as questões relacionadas com as transformações sociais, quer a partir de perspectivas utópicas, quer a partir de parâmetros realistas, foram marginalizadas das reflexões e debates políticos, devido ao posicionamento global e unipolar do capitalismo neoliberal. Ora, esta ordem mundial atravessa uma grave crise civilizacional, razão pela qual, no século XXI, urge reposicionar propostas de mudança social, assentes em bases realistas e sem desvirtuar os horizontes utópicos, que conduzam à concretização do sonho de um mundo democrático, pluralista, igualitário, emancipado e solidário. Para o efeito, não convém ignorar as obras filosófico-científicas, devidamente delimitadas nos contributos substanciais de Bolívar Echeverría, que soube aprofundar os processos revolucionários, com base no realismo e na utopia. Por conseguinte, o objectivo deste trabalho é gerar uma análise, a partir de uma metodologia hermenêutica, dos postulados específicos de Echeverría sobre o assunto, em comparação com outros contributos.
