This work aims to gather theoretical contributions from the critical epistemology in the way of thinking about violence present in social relationships. Introducing the different actors envolved in my field of study, I attempt to elucidate which forms of knowledge production underlie the judicialization of conflicts, by watching what are the terms elaborated in this contexts linked to, and how this words are used by the people who inhabbit this web of relationships. At this point, I`ll focus on the speeches of the state punitive institutions in Río Negro province, as well as those of the people to whom the security policies are intended. At the same time, I propose a reflective work questioning the roles I play in this dynamic. The epistemological question tends to strengthen new channels for boarding punished masculinities, which is the objetive that guides my research concerns. For this purpose, I beggin by considering gender as a way of ordering social practice, which is as well engaged with other differential axes. Therefore, thinking about punished masculinities requires to take into an account the sexual difference, but also those signed by the social class, etnicity and age, among other factors. In Bariloche, this framework has a particular shape that is linked to social and historical processes that I give importance to, in order to understand the way in which social relations are structured nowadays. In this context, I understand that this intersections generate types of knowledge construction that traverse our way of elaborating and exchanging knowledges. Based on different theorical productions, I attempt to deepen in the patriarchial and androcentric logic present in the cientific and legal language that, pretending to be neutral, operates hiding the power relationships that hold such knowledge exchange. |

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo recabar aportes teóricos de las epistemologías críticas en función de pensar la violencia en las relaciones sociales. Presentando a los distintos actores involucrados en mi campo de estudio, pretendo dilucidar qué formas de producción de conocimiento subyacen a la judicialización de los conflictos, vislumbrando con qué se vinculan los términos elaborados en estos contextos y cómo son utilizados por quienes habitamos esta trama de relaciones. En este punto, se focalizará tanto en los discursos de las instituciones punitivas del estado provincial de Río Negro como de aquellas personas a quienes están destinadas sus políticas de seguridad, a la vez que se propone un trabajo reflexivo que cuestiona los roles que ocupo en esta dinámica. La pregunta por lo epistemológico busca fortalecer nuevos canales para abordar la construcción de masculinidades punitivizadas, objetivo que guía mis interrogantes de investigación. Para esto, parto de pensar al género como una forma de ordenamiento de la práctica social, que a su vez se entrama con otros ejes de diferenciación. Así, pensar en masculinidades punitivizadas implica atender a la diferencia sexual, pero también de clase, de etnia y de edad, entre otros factores. En Bariloche, este entramado cobra un sentido particular que se vincula con procesos históricos y sociales que considero de relevancia para entender cómo se estructuran las relaciones en la actualidad. En este marco, entiendo que estos cruces dan lugar a construcciones de género que atraviesan nuestra forma de elaborar e intercambiar saberes. Valiéndome de distintos antecedentes teóricos, pretendo ahondar en la lógica patriarcal y androcéntrica que atraviesa al lenguaje científico y jurídico que, pretendiendose neutral, opera ocultando las relaciones de poder que sostienen dicho intercambio. O objetivo deste artigo é reunir contribuições teóricas das epistemologias críticas para pensar a violência nas relações sociais. Apresentando os diferentes atores envolvidos no meu campo de estudo, pretendo elucidar quais são as formas de produção de conhecimento subjacentes à judicialização dos conflitos, vislumbrando a que se vinculam os termos elaborados nesses contextos e como eles são utilizados por nós que habitamos essa teia de relações. Neste ponto, focaremos tanto os discursos das instituições punitivas do estado provincial de Rio Negro quanto os das pessoas a quem se destinam suas políticas de segurança, ao mesmo tempo em que propomos um trabalho reflexivo que questiona os papéis que ocupo nesta dinâmica. A questão epistemológica busca fortalecer novos canais para abordar a construção de masculinidades punitivizadas, objetivo que orienta minhas perguntas de pesquisa. Para isso, parto de pensar o género como uma forma de ordenação da prática social, que por sua vez se entrelaça com outros eixos de diferenciação. Assim, pensar em masculinidades punitivizadas implica prestar atenção à diferença sexual, mas também à classe, à etnia e à idade, entre outros factores. Em Bariloche, este quadro assume um significado particular que está ligado a processos históricos e sociais que considero relevantes para compreender como as relações se estruturam atualmente. Neste quadro, entendo que estas intersecções dão origem a construções de género que atravessam a nossa forma de elaborar e trocar conhecimentos. A partir de diferentes referenciais teóricos, pretendo aprofundar a lógica patriarcal e androcêntrica que perpassa a linguagem científica e jurídica, que, pretendendo-se neutra, opera ocultando as relações de poder que sustentam essa troca.
