This article analyzes the organizational experience of the Gender Front of the Land Workers Union –UTT-, a national organization that brings together around 20,000 families of small producers in the Argentine Republic. At present, this rural social movement prefigures new experiences of struggle and organization, from a class and gender perspective, betting on the construction of an alternative agri-food model to the patriarchal capitalist agribusiness, hegemonic paradigm of social and productive relations in rural areas. . Through the analysis of articles, bibliography and testimonies of referents of the organization, it is proposed to show how the construction and implementation of a new agri-food model with a gender perspective is an existing reality in various parts of the country, based on the politics and the doing of the Union of Workers of the Earth and the secretariat of Gender of the organization. In a capitalist and patriarchal system where agribusiness prevails as a paradigm and model of productive, economic and social relations, it is interesting to investigate, learn about and systematize an alternative proposal, which raises new forms of organization, production and commercialization, from an approach that contemplates the social dimension of peasant labor with a gender perspective, understanding that there is no possibility of transforming the current system, without disrupting the generic sex relations of oppression and exploitation that operate in the rural food-producing sector |

En la actualidad este movimiento social rural prefigura nuevas experiencias de lucha y organización, desde una perspectiva de clase y género, apostando a la construcción de un modelo agroalimentario alternativo al agro negocio capitalista patriarcal, paradigma hegemónico de las relaciones sociales y productivas en el ámbito rural. Se propone por medio del análisis de artículos, bibliografía y testimonios de referentes de la organización, evidenciar cómo la construcción y puesta en funcionamiento de un nuevo modelo agroalimentario con perspectiva de género, es una realidad existente en diversos puntos del país, a partir de la política y el hacer de la Unión de Trabajadores de la Tierra y la secretaría de Géneros de la organización. En un sistema capitalista y patriarcal dónde el agro negocio impera como paradigma y modelo de las relaciones productivas, económicas y sociales, interesa investigar, conocer y sistematizar una propuesta alternativa, que plantea nuevas formas de organización, producción y comercialización, desde un enfoque que contempla la dimensión social del trabajo campesino con perspectiva de género, comprendiendo que no hay posibilidad de transformar el sistema actual, sin trastocar las relaciones sexo genéricas de opresión y explotación que operan en el sector rural productor de alimentos. Este artigo analisa a experiência organizacional da Frente de Gênero do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores da Terra - UTT, uma organização nacional que reúne cerca de 20.000 famílias de pequenos produtores na República Argentina. Na atualidade, esse movimento social rural prefigura novas experiências de luta e organização, desde uma perspectiva de classe e de gênero, apostando na construção de um modelo agroalimentar alternativo ao agronegócio capitalista patriarcal, paradigma hegemônico das relações sociais e produtivas no meio rural. . Por meio da análise de artigos, bibliografia e depoimentos de referentes da organização, propõe-se mostrar como a construção e implantação de um novo modelo agroalimentar com perspectiva de gênero é uma realidade existente em vários pontos do país, com base na política e o fazer do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores da Terra e da secretaria de Gênero da organização. Num sistema capitalista e patriarcal onde o agronegócio prevalece como paradigma e modelo de relações produtivas, econômicas e sociais, é interessante investigar, conhecer e sistematizar uma proposta alternativa, que suscite novas formas de organização, produção e comercialização, a partir de uma abordagem que contempla a dimensão social do trabalho camponês com uma perspectiva de gênero, entendendo que não há possibilidade de transformar o sistema atual, sem romper com as relações sexuais genéricas de opressão e exploração que operam no setor agroindustrial rural.
