The reparative dentine of cicatrization presents two stages. The first one is an indifferentiated one, determined by inegular and amorphous dentine. A second structure is differentiated one, determined by irregular and amorphous dentine. A second structure is diffirentiated by tubular dentine with odontoblastic differentiation which is afterwards chronoligicall produced. These stages are related in the existing pulpa at the moment the wound is produced, being its differentiation more rapid with tubular dentine, when the pulpa approaches its normallty. The fibrous cicatrization of the pulpar wounds is another possibility of repair that ocours only in a verysmall porcentage. Se estudiaron 29 casos de cicatrizaciones pulpares, con controles clínicos, radiológicos e histológicos por cortes seriados, en elementos dentarios jóvenes. La dentina reparativa de cicatrización, se presenta mostrando dos etapas. Una primera indiferenciada, determinada por dentina irregular y amorfa. Una segunda ya estructurada por dentina tubular con diferenciación odontoblástica y que se produce cronológicamente después. Estas etapas están relacionadas con el cuadro pulpar existente en el momento de la herida, siendo su diferenciación en dentina tubular más rápida, cuando el cuadro pulpar se aproxima a la normalidad. La cicatrización fibrosa de las heridas pulpares, es otra posibilidad de reparación que acontece en un escaso porcentaje.
