Sumario:The Odontology School plays an important role in promoting health care through the patient care service of the Supervised Professional Practice (PPS), offering an economically accessible service that contributes to the well-being of a part of the population, without leaving quality aside. Patient perception regarding care received and oral needs satisfaction shall be assessed. For this reason, a need to identify situations of impact on patient satisfaction is proposed, so that service quality is improved and, consequently, the institution overall performance. Objective: to assess the level of satisfaction of patients who attend the “Supervised Professional Practice” subject from the Córdoba National University Odontology School, regarding the care performed by the students and their oral needs and expectations. Research instrument: self-administered survey of 204 patients, composed by 21 questions, considering 9 dimensions of analysis based on three models: Donabedian systemic model, Dropi model, and the Servqual service management model. Results: according to the Servqual model, the average satisfaction is 86%. According to Donabedian's systemic model, structure and process dimensions showed some shortcomings.
