Patient perception regarding care received and oral needs satisfaction shall be assessed.For this reason, a need to identify situations of impact on patient satisfaction is proposed, so that service quality is improved and, consequently, the institution overall performance. Objective: to assess the level of satisfaction of patients who attend the “Supervised Professional Practice” subject from the Córdoba National University Odontology School, regarding the care performed by the students and their oral needs and expectations. Research instrument: self-administered survey of 204 patients, composed by 21 questions, considering 9 dimensions of analysis based on three models: Donabedian systemic model, Dropi model, and the Servqual service management model. Results: according to the Servqual model, the average satisfaction is 86%. According to Donabedian's systemic model, structure and process dimensions showed some shortcomings.     La Facultad de Odontología juega un rol importante en promover la atención de la salud a través del servicio de atención a pacientes de la Práctica Profesional Supervisada (PPS), ofreciendo un servicio económicamente accesible que contribuye al bienestar de una parte de la población, sin dejar de lado una atención de calidad. Dicho servicio no debe quedar al margen de un proceso de valoración de la percepción de los pacientes acerca de la atención que reciben y en la manera que cubren sus necesidades bucales. Por tal motivo, se plantea la necesidad de identificar las situaciones que impactan sobre la satisfacción de los pacientes, mejorando la calidad del servicio y consecuentemente de la Institución.Objetivo: valorar el nivel de satisfacción de los pacientes que concurren a Práctica Profesional Supervisada, Facultad de Odontología UNC, respecto a la atención de alumnos, contemplando las necesidades bucales y las expectativas de los mismos.Instrumento de investigación: encuesta auto administrada a 204 pacientes, de 21 preguntas, considerando 9 dimensiones de análisis fundamentadas en tres modelos: modelo sistémico de Donabedian, modelo Dropi, y el modelo de gestión de servicios Servqual.Resultados: de acuerdo al modelo Servqual la media de satisfacción es de 86%.
