Se presentan los resultados de una técnica quirúrgica- ortodóncica realizada sobre pacientes jóvenes para la recuperación funcional y estética de dientes retenidos por medio de la tracción ejercida ortodóncicamente a través de un alambre colocado quirúrgicamente y ajustado por torsión a la altura del cuello anatómico.
