It is a locally aggressive injury, with behavior and forecast similar to the conventional ameloblastoma. The surgical technic for this pathology is the extirpation of this tumor in the total split of the pathology with safety margins. Realizing then distant controls per years. The aim of this work is to present a case of odontoameloblastoma in a 5-year-old patient. In first instance a biopsy by incision was made, the retired and analyzed fragments were compatible with ameloblastoma. In consequence it was decided to extirpate the complete pathology (hemi-maxilectomy) with safety margin. The results thrown by the second biopsy correspond to an odontoameloblastoma.
