In particular, it seeks to analyze the potential and limits of the discourse of social sciences and its relationship with the «where» and «who» of the sociological subject as a knowledge producer. This knowledge is always situated and contextual, conditioned yet not mechanically determined by the positionality of those who investigate the senses of the social. Este ensayo reflexiona sobre la idea de lugar de habla en tanto emplazamiento identitario y cognitivo desde el cual diversos sujetos construyen sus posiciones y legitiman sus intervenciones en la esfera pública. En particular, se busca analizar las potencialidades y límites del discurso de las ciencias sociales y su relación con el «dónde» y el «quién» del sujeto sociológico como productor de un conocimiento siempre situado y contextual, condicionado pero no mecánicamente determinado por la posicionalidad de quienes investigan los sentidos de lo social.
