Este trabajo propone una reflexión sobre los límites y posibilidades de la historia reciente argentina, enfocada en particular en las consecuencias de la derrota de las izquierdas y del lugar que en la transmisión de esas historias desempeña la actividad de los historiadores. Señala la hibridez de la actividad de las y los historiadores que estudian la historia reciente y problematiza el concepto de “campo”, ofreciendo alternativamente el de “frontera”.
