| Sumario: | Taking in consideration the critical situation of river basins and the ecosystems that surround them, the articles gathered in this dossier seek ways of thinking-with fluvial matter, linking artistic, theoretical and militant practices. They do so by disputing the dominant forms of governance of river basins carried out by the "hydrological States" from collective imaginations that point to the hydrocommon; making the archives of contemporary art fluid and refusing any stagnant representation of the region; as well as producing deviations in the foundational narratives that figured from the fluvial their nation imaginaries. |
