However, the few vestiges that could be found are forceful, and in them lies the possibility of creating a new scientific field, Rhythmanalysis. The one who suggests it is Henri Lefebvre, who sees rhythm not just as an object of analysis, but as a tool for listening to the temporalities and rhythmic disruptions in which human activities take place. In this article, I will focus on Henri Lefebvre’s proposal and on contributing to add complexity to the conceptualisation and practice of rhythmanalysis. These contributions, resulting both from the uses of the methodology I developed, and from critical theorizations of the Eurocentric conception of modernity, cradle of the rhythmanalitic proposal, are grouped under the designation Rhuthmanalysis. The displacement of the name consists in a linguistic and conceptual detour, thus seeking to expand the analysis of rhythms beyond the human. From the ghost to the dead, what I aim to propose is a “wanderer rhuthmanalysis” and, at the same time, still (and perhaps always) ongoing. Son tenues las huellas de Lúcio Pinheiro dos Santos, matemático y filósofo portugués. Fue conocido como el filósofo fantasma, principalmente a causa de su trabajo de haberse, literalmente, esfumado en una hoguera frente a la Cámara Municipal de Lisboa. No obstante, son contundentes los pocos vestigios que se pueden encontrar, y en ellos reside la posibilidad de creación de un nuevo campo científico, el Ritmanálisis. Quien lo sugiere así es Henri Lefebvre, filósofo francés, que ve el ritmo no tanto como un objeto de análisis, sino como una herramienta de escucha de las temporalidades y las disrupciones rítmicas en las que se desarrollan las actividades, sobre todo, humanas. En este texto, me centraré en la propuesta de Lefebvre y en avanzar pistas para su complejización, resultantes tanto de los usos de la metodología que desarrollé en otros trabajos, como de teorizaciones críticas de la concepción eurocéntrica de modernidad, cuna de la propuesta ritmanalítica. Tales pistas se agrupan bajo la designación rutmanálisis, una propuesta que inserta un desplazamiento lingüístico y conceptual, buscando de ese modo expandir los análisis de los ritmos más allá de lo humano.
