| Sumario: | The aim of this article is to describe and understand the judicial scenes of veridiction that, on agonistic semiotic means, dramatize reversing the procedural asymmetries and inscribe special domains of memory about the past of the Argentina's last dictatorship. For such purpose, we analyze the strategies of performance of perpetrators of crimes against humanity’s last words in final discussion at Videla I trial in Córdoba, in the year 2010. The reconfiguration of the field of duels where a regime of shadows regulated force relations was characterized by progressive irruption of a new state memory regime, a regime of light (Ferrero, 1999). The relevance of last words comes from its political nature as events. Perpetrators’ discourse, insofar as it appears in this context of dislocation of balances that closed the criminal route, objects the imminent court decision to object the semiotic means of that dislocation. Two theoretical operations lie behind our analysis: put back the event of legal discourse, only in appearance autonomous, into the general domain of social discourse and representation of the period that started with the reopening of the causes in the year 2005 as one of a discursive battle at every judicial rite. In a circular motion of strategic returning, the storytelling of last words emerge as historical quotes from the norm that should, regulating facts as those narrated in accordance with itself.
