Derived from that record, Agamben and Esposito proposals call for thinking how to constitute the political issue in the light of the reconstruction of the event, which in the context of the opened proceedings long time ago at the European borders, defined as migratory crisis, impels to recreate some political-philosophical interpellations to the current social order.Assuming the interesting provocation according to which work a porosity on the borders between the discourse and other social studies, we placed our attention  thinking from the biopolitical record how the principle of sovereignty from States lionized by the critical stage of the Spanish borders of Ceuta and Melilla and Lampedusa, Italy, where hundreds of afro-arabian migrants weekly attempt to trespass the fences and the sea  if achieve it, they separating them from a long and painful existence in their origin countries, flagellated by incessant wars and poverty.The text we present here focuses on tender from the biopolitical grammar questions and reflections on governmentality putting in question the redefinition of the bond between life and politics, official speeches wield to justify the drastic measures on behalf of the defense of sovereignty.Then we open around the crossroads between biological language, legal and political, by which human life is governed, some signs to put in check the idea of sovereignty opposed to that of justice that rises after the nomination of migration crisis, as opposed to the humanitarian crisis, which refers to this process that coagulates unique manners of denial and protection of life at European borders, particularly during the last three years.

Las discusiones en la Biopolítica han pasado en gran medida por el abandono o el retorno a una ontología de lo social, litigando con la tesis foucaultiana según la cual la única ontología posible es la del tiempo presente. Derivadas de ese registro, las propuestas de Agamben y Esposito convocan a pensar cómo se constituye lo político a la luz de la reconstrucción del acontecimiento, que en el contexto del proceso abierto hace tiempo ya en las fronteras europeas, definido como crisis migratoria, impele a recrear algunas interpelaciones filosófico-políticas al orden social actual.Al asumir la interesante provocación según la cual obra una porosidad en las fronteras entre los estudios del discurso y otros estudios de lo social, nos abocamos a pensar a partir del registro biopolítico cómo se enuncia el principio de soberanía desde los Estados azuzados por el crítico escenario de las fronteras españolas de Ceuta y Melilla, y de Lampedusa, Italia, donde semanalmente cientos de migrantes afroárabes intentan traspasar las vallas y el mar que de conseguir sortearlos, les separan de una larga y penosa existencia en sus países de origen, flagelados por guerras y pobreza incesantes.El texto que aquí presentamos está orientado a tender algunas preguntas desde la gramática biopolítica y las reflexiones sobre la gubernamentalidad al poner en cuestión la re-definición del vínculo entre vida y política, que los discursos oficiales pergeñan para justificar las drásticas medidas en nombre de la defensa de la soberanía.Abrimos entonces en torno al cruce entre el lenguaje biológico, jurídico y político, con que se gobierna la vida humana, algunos señalamientos orientados a poner en jaque la idea de soberanía contrapuesta a la de justicia que se alza tras la nominación de crisis migratoria, por oposición a la de crisis humanitaria, con que se designa este proceso en que cuajan modos singulares de negación y protección de la vida en las fronteras europeas, particularmente durante los últimos tres años.
