In this context, it was presented and discussed different strategies used, which were contemplated from the design of small molecules, towards higher sized chemical structures and new Nanoarchitectures. In particular, it was discussed varied studies developed for the Corona Virus treatment; which afforded to the main mechanisms of action of pharmacophores and targeted functional Nanoparticles. In this direction, it was highlighted the importance of Bioconjugation of molecules and variable Nanoarchitectures for their incorporation within cells and for the development of vaccines. Moreover, it was discussed about the development of combinatory treatments based on different applied strategies. In similar manner, finally it was presented different studies and developments actually in progress related with the design of functional and Multifunctional Nanoarchitectures with potential implications in future treatments. En esta comunicación se ha abordado diferentes temas implicados en el desarrollo de nuevos tratamientos y vacunas aplicadas a patologías desarrolladas en el ser humano tal como las producidas por virus. En este contexto se han presentado y discutidodiferentes estrategias utilizadas, las cuales contemplan desde el diseño de moléculas pequeñas hacia mayores estructuras químicas y nuevas Nano-estructuras. En particular se ha discutido estudios para el tratamiento del Corona Virus; los cuales permitieron elplanteo de los principales mecanismos de acción de fármacos y Nanoparticulas con funcionalidades específicas. En esta dirección se ha destacado la importancia de la Bioconjugación de moléculas y variables Nano-arquitecturas para la incorporación dentro de células y desarrollo de vacunas. Además, se ha tratado sobre el desarrollo de tratamientos combinados en base a diferentes estrategias aplicadas. En este mismo sentido, finalmente se han presentados diferentes estudios y desarrollos actualmente en progreso, relacionados con el diseño de Nanoarquitecturas funcionales o Multifuncionales, con potencial implicación en tratamientos avenir.
