Techniques of Hematoxvlin -eosin, P.A.S., P.A.S.-aniylase, Cason's thrichromic and Ag (Senior-Munger) were employed, the last one to determine the presence of cytoplasmic secretory granules. In two the of cases, maturecystic teratomes were found, one of theni with nialignant development, typical of anadenocarci noma. The last case correspondedto a monodermic teratoma - highly specialized struma of the ovary-carcinoid tumor. It is to be noted that, in this last case, the patient consulted for hypertensive crises. Se estudian tres casos correspondientes a piezas quirúrgicas que incluyen tumores quísticos de ovario, a los fines de caracterizar sus componentes estructurales y citoquímicos.Se emplean técnicas de Hematoxilina- Eosina, P.A.S. P.A.S.-amilasa: alcian Blue y Azul de Toluidina a distinto pH, Tricrómico de Cason y Técnica de Ag. (Senior-Murger), esta última a los fines de determinar la presencia de gránulos secretorios citoplasmáticos. En dos de los casos se trata de teratomas quísticos maduros, uno de ellos con desarrollo de malignidad configurando un adenocarcinoma. El caso restante corresponde a un teratonia monodérmico altamente especializado de la variedad struma-ovárico - tumor carcinoide.
