| Sumario: | A century after the Flexner report in 1910, the book entitled "Educating Physicians: A Call for Reform of Medical School and Residency" was published, which called for strengthening the formation of professional identity, integrating basic sciences with clinical learning and implementing competency assessment. Traditional education is not compatible with these recommendations. One learns to do by doing it, and the way to achieve this is to “play the whole game”. |
