description Abstract:  During the SARS-CoV2 pandemic, the community health department decided to conduct a survey of the Argentine health team using its own instrument previously validated by the department. They were carried out during the month of July 2021.This survey proposes a comparison between various situations before and after the pandemic in order to interpret the impact it had.To understand the impact on the social, economic, occupational and health axes that the SAR-CoV2 pandemic had on those surveyed since it was decreed until July 2021. Descriptive cross-sectional study quantitatively analyzing health personnel affected by the pandemic. Of the 196 respondents, 50.85% belong to the private sector, with similar participation of the national, provincial and municipal subsectors in the public. 79.2% are female. 16.7% developed anxiety and 13% sleep disorders during the pandemic. There was a resounding change in socialization that went from going out 2 to three times a week, to once (55%) or less (93.3%).There were no significant changes in diet. 88% are vaccinated with at least one dose, 53% with Sputnik-V. 30% of those surveyed have felt that they have been made responsible for infecting Covid by belonging to the health team. According to the data, it can be seen that the health team has been under pressure during this pandemic, suffering from sleep disorders and anxiety. In addition to the fact that the population has many times made us feel guilty if someone contracted the disease. Socialization was also affected by drastically reducing the number of social gatherings, which shows the commitment of the health team to the community, although it could also be affected by the social prejudice previously exposed.
