We present a learning experience conducted in the Chair of Dermatology Clinic of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, National University of Cordoba in the context of curriculum change. The portfolio Teaching is not a collection of papers, but a coherent set of experiences led thoughtful learning between teachers and students. This resource allows to account for the "qualitative achievements" of students from their work produced, sorted and evaluated in a carefully planned sequence of experiences and case Dermatology Clinic. To introduce the teaching portfolio, the planned new student grouping shapes and a sequence of learning experiences for the construction of this resource, namely: "The development of theoretical material iconographic resources and working guidelines for students. "The clinical reasoning on a case or laboratory experience-Clinical case Discussion and bibliography. -The development of records to from observation of patients. "The study of clinical cases: diagnosis and evolution of clinical cases. Interconsultations-Registration and referrals. "The magazine room and sharing experiences. In each of these, production, tutorial feedback Team teaching and assessment tasks allowed assessment approach to learning and improving he achievements of the students to the approval of the subject. |

Presentamos una experiencia didáctica realizada en la Cátedra de Clínica Dermatológica de la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba en el contexto de cambios curriculares. Para su comprensión, presentamos un encuadre teórico-práctico desde la conceptualización del “portafolio” didáctico y su función en la enseñanza y el aprendizaje, sostenida en paradigmas constructivistas de la educación médica. El portafolio didáctico no es una colección de trabajos, sino un conjunto coherentemente conducido de experiencias de aprendizaje reflexionadas entre docentes y alumnos. Este recurso permite dar cuenta de los “logros cualitativos” de los alumnos a partir de sus trabajos producidos, ordenados y evaluados en una secuencia debidamente planificada de experiencias y casos de Clínica Dermatológica. Para introducir el portafolio didáctico, se planificaron nuevas formas agrupamiento de los alumnos y una secuencia de experiencias de aprendizajes para la construcción del este recurso; a saber: -La preparación de material teórico con recursos iconográficos y guías de trabajo para los alumnos. -El razonamiento clínico sobre un caso o experiencia de laboratorio -La discusión clínica de casos y bibliografía. -La elaboración de historias clínicas a partir de la observación de pacientes. -El estudio de casos clínicos: diagnóstico y evolución de casos clínicos. -Registro de interconsultas y derivaciones. -La revista de sala y el intercambio de experiencias. En cada una de éstas, la producción, retroalimentación tutorial del Equipo docente y evaluación de las tareas, permitió acercar la evaluación al aprendizaje y el mejoramiento de los logros de los alumnos hasta la aprobación de la asignatura.
