It was developed in the Santa María de Punilla community during the year 2022, and it had as a precedent the homonymous project, which had been selected in the 2018 culture call. It was oriented towards ensuring continuity of the preceding experience, by recovering the main objective of promoting access and enjoyment of cultural rights to users of mental health services through community participation. In accordance with the objective pursued, collective work to promote rights was deployed, where active and leading participation manifested itself through artistic and cultural expression. El presente artículo tiene como propósito compartir aportes y reflexiones que surgen del proyecto “Construyendo puentes: desde el arte, con derechos, expresando lo diverso II” seleccionado en la convocatoria cultura 2021 al Programa de Financiamiento a Proyectos de Gestión de Actividades Artísticas y Culturales de la Secretaría de Extensión de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. Se desarrolló en la comunidad Santa María de Punilla durante el año 2022, teniendo como antecedente el proyecto homónimo seleccionado en la convocatoria cultura 2018. Se orientó bajo el propósito de ser continuidad de la experiencia antecesora, recuperando el objetivo principal de promover el acceso y disfrute de derechos culturales a personas usuarias de servicios de salud mental desde la participación comunitaria. En concordancia con el objetivo perseguido, se desplegó un trabajo colectivo de promoción de derechos donde la participación activa y protagónica se manifestó mediante la expresión artística y cultural.
