Sumario:Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, students and teachers of the fifth year of the degree in Nutrition of the Faculty of Health Sciences, National University of San Luis were immersed in a complex and paralyzing situation at the same time time given the impossibility to attend the Primary Health Care Centers to carry out the Supervised Professional Practice of Nutrition in Public Health. This situation led to the search and evaluation of different scenarios and strategies that could become a possible field of action for students to be able to provide proof of knowledge, develop skills and abilities that this instance of training implies. Given this, university outreach was a viable tool that allowed us to respond to this situation that worried students, teachers and authorities.
