Self-preparedsurveywithanonymousinformed consent, validatedthrough a pilot test, appliedto a fraction of the target population, whichallowedadjustments and improvementsto be madebeforefinallyapplyingittothesample. Analyzedwith Microsoft Excel and Epidat 4.1. Results:Populationstudied: 90 adultsover 60 years of age, 39 presented adverse events, 59% women. Agerange 60-87 years, average 72 years. Occupation of adultswhopresentedevents: 51% retired, 31% independentworkers, 18% workers in a dependencyrelationship. Appearance time: 87% in thefirst 24 hours, 13% between 24 and 48 hours. 97% wereaware of adverse events. Accordingtothetype of adverse eventperceived, 77.9% reported local events, 48.7% systemic, 10.2% digestive. In local adverse events, 100% presentedpain; simultaneousmanifestations, 87%, 13% twoor more. Of systemic adverse events, 79% myalgia, 63% fever, 63% asthenia, 63% arthralgia, 47% headache, 42% chills, 31% cough, 26% dizziness, 21% dyspnea, 16% drowsiness; in number of simultaneousmanifestations 16% two, 21% three, 26% four, 37% fiveor more. Digestiveevents: 100% loss of appetite, 75%nausea, 25% dyspepsia; simultaneousmanifestations, 25% one, 50% two, 25% three. Conclusion:Theolderadultswhoperceived adverse eventswereslightly more frequentlywomen. Themostreportedwere local, followedbysystemic and lessfrequently at thedigestivelevel.

Objetivo: Describir eventos adversos percibidos por adultos mayores de 60 años luego de recibir la primera dosis de vacuna contra Covid 19 en Corrientes Capital durante 2021. Metodología: Estudio observacional, descriptivo, trasversal. Muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Población adultos mayores de 60 años inmunizados contra Covid 19. Variables: edad, género, ocupación actual, percepción de eventos adversos, tiempo de aparición, conocimiento de eventos adversos, percepción a nivel local de dolor, inflamación, eritema, prurito; a nivel sistémico de fiebre, cefalea, somnolencia, mareos, disnea, tos, escalofríos, mialgia, astenia, artralgia; a nivel digestivo dispepsia, pérdida del apetito, nauseas. Encuesta de elaboración propia con consentimiento informado anónimo, validado mediante prueba piloto, aplicada a una fracción de la población blanco, que permitió hacer ajustes y mejoras antes de aplicarlo finalmente a la muestra. Analizado con Microsoft Excel y Epidat 4.1.  Resultados: Población estudiada 90 adultos mayores de 60 años, 39 presentaron eventos adversos, 59% mujeres. Rango etario 60-87 años, promedio 72 años. Ocupación de adultos que presentaron eventos: 51% jubilados, 31% trabajadoresindependientes, 18% trabajadores en relación de dependencia. Tiempo de aparición: 87% en las primeras 24hs, 13% entre 24 y48hs. El 97% tenía conocimiento sobre eventos adversos. Según el tipo de evento adverso percibido, 77,9% refirió eventos locales, 48,7% sistémicos, 10,2% digestivos. En eventos adversos locales,  00% presentó dolor; manifestaciones simultaneas el 87%, 13% dos o más. De los eventos adversos sistémicos 79% mialgia, 63% fiebre, 63% astenia, 63% artralgia, 47% cefalea, 42% escalofríos, 31% tos, 26% mareos, 21% disnea, 16% somnolencia; en cantidad de manifestaciones simultaneas 16% dos, 21% tres, 26% cuatro, 37% cinco o más. Los eventos digestivos: 100% pérdida del apetito, 75% náuseas, 25% dispepsia; manifestaciones simultaneas, 25% una, 50% dos, 25% tres. Conclusión: Los adultos mayores que percibieron eventos adversos fueron con ligera mayor frecuencia las mujeres. Los más reportados fueron los locales, seguido de sistémicos y con menos frecuencia a nivel digestivo. Metodologia:Estudo observacional, descritivo, transversal.Amostragemnão probabilística por conveniência. População adulta commais de 60 anosimunizada contra a COVID19. Variáveis: idade, sexo, ocupaçãoatual, percepção dos eventos adversos, tempo de aparecimento, conhecimento dos eventos adversos, percepção local da dor, inflamação, eritema, prurido; aonível sistémico de febre, cefaleias, sonolência, tonturas, dispneia, tosse, arrepios, mialgia, astenia, artralgia; dispepsia digestiva, perda de apetite, náuseas. Questionário auto-elaborado  comconsentimento informado anônimo, validado por meio de teste piloto, aplicado a umafração da população-alvo, o que permitiu ajustes e melhorias antes de finalmente aplicá-lo à amostra.
