Allowing the reciprocal interaction of the health team and the family member to favor the child. Methodology: Carrying out workshops or group sessions with central themes of interest expressed by the parents through a pre-test, guided by a facilitator who will coordinate the debate, the experiences and stories that arise. introducción. El proyecto de intervención a través de talleres o sesiones grupales se elabora para dar respuesta a la demanda de apoyo requerida por los padres fuera del ámbito asistencial en la Terapia neonatal del Sanatorio Allende Cerro Objetivos: brindar información clara, oportuna acerca de los cuidados ofrecidos ydel funcionamiento, brindando una atención holística, centrada en el paciente y la familia, el bienestar psicológico y la confortabilidad de las familias, cuidando las demandas personales y emocionales. Permititiendo la interacción reciproca del equipo de salud y el familiar para favorecer al niño.. Metodología: Realización de talleres o sesiones grupales con temáticas centrales de interés manifestado por los padresmediante un pre test, guiadas por un facilitador quien coordinara el debate, las experiencias y relatos que surgen. introdução.
