The objective was to characterize the epidemiological profile of polytraumatizedpatients who were admitted by the central guard service of Sanatorium Allende. Material and Method: descriptive study of cross section, retrospective. Results: Based on the data obtained from patients admitted by the guard service of the Sanatorium Allende Nueva Córdoba in the period from May to August  2018, in the entry modality, the majority did it through the emergency service with a table of rachis and cervical collar. The injuries that most prevailed were the head injuries, traumatism of the lower and upper limbs. The resolution with the highest percentage was the admission to general boarding school. Este estudio muestra los registros de ingreso de pacientes politraumatizados al servicio de Guardia Central del Sanatorio Allende Nueva Córdoba. El objetivo fue caracterizar el perfil epidemiológico de paciente politraumatizados que fueron ingresados por el servicio de guardia central del Sanatorio Allende. Material y Método: estudio descriptivo de corte transversal, retrospectivo. Resultados: En base a los datos obtenidos de pacientes ingresados por servicio de guardia del Sanatorio Allende Nueva Córdoba en el periodo comprendido desde Mayo hasta Agosto de 2018, en la modalidad de ingreso, la mayoría lo hizo a través del servicio de emergencia con tabla de raquis y collar cervical. Las lesiones que mas predominaron fueron los traumatismos de cráneo, traumatismo de miembros inferiores y superiores. La resolución de más alto porcentajefue la de ingreso a internado general.
