It is recognized to the Nursing care as a fundamental variable in the operation of health services; it is estimated that approximately 70% of the health care response corresponds to Nursing activities Therefore, the better or worse quality of care has a decisive impact on the attention provided by the health system as a whole. Therefore in the Sanatorio Allende Cerro arises to strengthen the theoretical and practical content, using the Thought nurse; and implementing a strategic plan that will allow the pre and post of the nurse to enter the service. It is concluded that the need for professional development is the reality of the work of the nurse in that sector. Monitor care, it is possible; take care integrally to the patient, wrapping to your environment, it is the ideal desired. La enfermería desde sus orígenes era considerada como ocupación basada en laexperiencia práctica y el conocimiento común y no contemplaba conocimiento científico de la profesión, esto nace con la primera teoría de enfermería. Se reconoce a los cuidados de enfermería como una variable fundamental en el funcionamiento de los servicios de salud; se estima que aproximadamente un 70% de la respuesta de salud corresponde a actividades de enfermería. Por tanto, la mejor o peor calidad de dichos cuidados tiene un impacto decisivo en la atención que proporciona el sistema de salud en su conjunto. Por lo tanto en el Sanatorio Allende Cerro se plantea reforzar el contenido teórico y práctico, utilizando el pensamiento enfermero; y aplicando un plan estratégico que permita la capacitación previa y post del enfermero a ingresar al servicio. Se concluye que la necesidad de perfeccionamiento profesional es la realidad del trabajo de la enfermera en ese sector. Supervisar los cuidados, es osible; cuidar integralmente al paciente, envolviendo a su entorno, es el ideal deseado. Sanatorio Allende.
