The relationships between entities through exchange and reciprocity mechanisms are an example of agreement; while the centralization of those mechanisms when diaguitas where incorporated to the Tawantisuyu represented a novelty and therefore, a conflictive point.  In this article we will analyze, through the archaeobotanical study of an archaeological cooking context, how foods were prepared in political commensality meetings between humans and non-humans in Guitián square (Salta, Argentina). Es probable que el encuentro entre las poblaciones locales diaguitas y los inkas tuviera puntos de acuerdo y otros disruptivos. Las relaciones entre existentes mediante mecanismos de intercambio y reciprocidad son un ejemplo de estos puntos de acuerdo, mientras que la centralización de dichos mecanismos a partir de la incorporación de los diaguitas al Tawantisuyu representó una novedad y por ende, un punto de conflicto. En este artículo analizaremos, a través del estudio arqueobotánico de un contexto arqueológico de cocina, cómo eran preparados los alimentos en encuentros de comensalidad política entre humanos y no humanos en la plaza de Guitián (Salta, Argentina). É provável que o encontro entre as populações locais Diaguita e Inkan tenha tido pontos de concordância e pontos perturbadores. As relações entre as populações existentes através de mecanismos de intercâmbio e reciprocidade são um exemplo desses pontos de acordo, enquanto a centralização desses mecanismos após a incorporação da Diaguita no Tawantisuyu representou uma novidade e, portanto, um ponto de conflito. Neste artigo analisaremos, através do estudo arqueobotânico de um contexto arqueológico de cozinha, como a comida foi preparada nos encontros políticos comensal entre humanos e não-humanos na praça Guitián (Salta, Argentina).
