| Sumario: | Archaeological research oriented to the understanding of formative sociocultural process (ca. 3000-1100 years BP) in Antofagasta de la Sierra (Argentine Pune) has been developed for many years. In recent field activities new archaeological areas with evidences related to moments before ca. 1100 years BP have been recognized in different micro-environments: Arroyo Seco and Corral Grande 1. The objective of this paper is to present these new records, describing their pottery, lithic and architectural characteristics. Finally, we discuss this information in relation to previous investigations and models. |
