This temple is located in the Mendoza Foundational Area and corresponds to the XVII-XIX centuries. Different health and nutrition indicators were analyzed. With this information aspects related to diseases and metabolic stress, its prevalence by sex and age groups are discussed. The group analyzed shows high rates of infant mortality, evidence of dental enamel hypoplasia, porotic hyperostosis and orbitalia screen and infections in all age groups with the highest prevalence among sub-adults. Traumas were also seen in some adult individuals affecting hands and spine.
