The following question is presented: how can listening and well-saying be ensured when working in an institution? This question is answered through out the article at different points, such as: an analytical understanding of what presence we are taken as by the parlêtre in transference as well as creating conditions that lead to embodying the void that gives rise to unconscious knowledge. In this sense, the author establishes that the act of silence, or being aware of the hateful side of negative transference, can produce a presence that orients towards the un-sayable, and opens a way of implication regarding what the analysand says. This entails carrying out work beyond the influence of the place promoted by the institution, be it that of the expert, the master or the bad Other, because it includes the dimension of presence in its paradoxical and a-normal aspect, as it is included in the unconscious. El presente escrito indaga sobre las condiciones que hacen posible el sintagma “presencia del analista” dentro de una institución. De aquí se desprende la pregunta ¿qué permitiría asegurar una escucha y bien decir en la práctica institucional?, la cual es respondida en el trayecto del texto con puntuaciones, tales como: una lectura analítica de por cuál presencia se es tomado por parte del parlêtre en la transferencia y crear las condiciones que lleven a encarnar el vacío que da lugar al saber inconsciente. En este sentido, el autor establece que el silencio en acto, o advertir sobre la vertiente del odio de la transferencia negativa pueden producir una presencia que oriente hacia lo indecible, y abra camino a la implicación con respecto al decir del analizante. Esto entraña, llevar una labor más allá de la influencia del lugar que promueve la institución, sea el del experto, del amo o del Otro malo, pues incluye la dimensión de la presencia en su aspecto paradojal y a-normal, al estar incluido en el inconsciente.
