El autor se pregunta si es posible un psicoanálisis virtual y dónde radicaría la diferencia entre la virtualidad en un análisis y un psicoanálisis virtual. Propone el desarrollo que va de la virtualidad del significante de la transferencia, a la realización del significante cualquiera en la presencia de cada analista. A su vez, expone sobre las posiciones interpretativas en un análisis y se interroga si la técnica que hace posible el formato virtual, se vuelve un elemento tercero en un análisis.
