National University of Cordoba The reference Mapping of actors Acceso Abierto Datos Abiertos Investigación científica Universidad Nacional de Córdoba La Referencia Mapeo de actores The implementation of Open Access (OA) to scientific data in recent years has shown an important advance, due to the legal impetus and initiatives of organizations linked to higher education and other academic institutions. The common interests that provoke them start from a social scenario where it is necessary to identify and characterize those actors involved in the practice of communicating science. The research work applied in the first instance, the bibliographic review on background and legal aspects and on the other hand, the technique of mapping actors to distinguish the members of The Reference, concluding with a graphic representation that gives account of the links generated in this group as well as advances and stagnations regarding the visibility of scientific production financed by government agencies. It is concluded that the member countries of La Referencia share common interests regarding the necessary visibility of science, being demonstrated in the various activities promoting OA. And on the other hand, the process of growth of the actors does not share the same dynamic, due to the existence and disparity of times of implementation of policies intended for this purpose. La implementación del Acceso Abierto (AA) a datos científicos en los últimos años ha evidenciado un avance debido al impulso legal e iniciativas de organismos vinculados a la educación superior y otras instituciones académicas.Los intereses comunes que las provocan parten de un escenario social el cual requiere identificar y caracterizar los actores involucrados en la práctica de comunicar la ciencia. El trabajo de investigaciónaplicó en primera instancia, la revisión bibliográfica sobre antecedentes y aspectos legales y por otra parte, la técnica de mapeo de actores para distinguir a los integrantes de La Referencia, concluyendo con una representación gráfica que da cuenta de los vínculos generados en este grupoademás deavances y estancamientos respecto a la visibilidad de la producción científica financiada por organismos gubernamentales. Se concluye que los países integrantes de La Referencia comparten intereses comunes respecto a la necesaria visibilidad de la ciencia quedando demostrado en las diversas actividades promotoras del AA. Y por otra parte, el proceso de crecimiento de los actores no comparte misma dinámica, en razón de la existencia y disparidad de tiempos de implementación de políticas destinadas para ello.
