In line with this, the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (UNC) approved at the end of 2017, the policies of open access to the scientific production of said institution.The current uncertainty, regarding the management of these scientific data, has prompted several studies focused on answering questions about this practice. This is how an awareness journey begins within the scientific community to share not only the results of research, but also the data produced in them, so necessary for the advancement of science.A description of the institutional structure that supports the initiative is made. The contributions obtained from interviews and surveys carried out regarding open access references and researchers from the Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades of the UNC, which allows information about the degree of knowledge that some science workers have of the AA to data.The promotional work carried out by the Oficina del Conocimiento (OCA) of the UNC and the existence of a community in favor of the initiative to share data under the condition of proper administration of them, and on the other hand, the absence of Specific policies for publishing scientific data that generate some hesitation at the time of publication. En Argentina en el año 2013 se promulgó la Ley 26.899 de Repositorios Institucionales Digitales de Acceso Abierto (AA) promoviendo de esta manera, la igualdad al acceso de la información científica incluidos sus datos. En consonancia con ello, las políticas de AA a la producción científica en la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (UNC) fueron aprobadas al finalizar el año 2017 como un impulso claro y firme en la publicación de la ciencia.La incertidumbre actual, acerca de la gestión de datos científicos ha despertado la iniciativa en realización de diversos estudios enfocados en dar respuesta a interrogantes sobre esta práctica. Así es como se inicia un trayecto de concientización dentro de la comunidad científica para compartir no sólo los resultados de las investigaciones, sino aquellos datos producidos en ella, tan necesarios para el avance de la ciencia. El trabajo realizado comprende una descripción de la estructura institucional que respalda la iniciativa. Los aportes obtenidos de entrevistas y encuestas realizadas a referentes del acceso abierto e investigadores de la Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades de la UNC, permite lograr un acercamiento a la información sobre el grado de conocimiento que algunos trabajadores de la ciencia poseen el AA a datos.Se evidencia un trabajo operativo y de promoción importante realizado desde la Oficina del Conocimiento Abierto (OCA) de la UNC y la existencia de una comunidad partidaria a la iniciativa de compartir datos bajo la condición de una adecuada administración de ellos, y por otro lado, la ausencia de políticas específicas de publicación de datos científicos que genera cierta vacilación al momento de publicar.
