This virtual campus was implemented in the 2006-2007 period for supporting traditional classroom teaching. An online questionnaire survey designed to Library Sciences teachers, consisting of several closed questions and an open one, was conducted to research about uses of the plataform and integration to their theory classes and practices. According to collected data, functions and implemented tools are described; opinions and suggestions about potentialities and limitations detected by teachers are analyzed. Se analiza el uso del campus virtual, que emplea el software libre Moodle, por parte de las y los docentes de la carrera de bibliotecología de la Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata, Argentina. Dicho campus se instrumentó a partir de los años 2006-2007 como apoyo a la enseñanza presencial de la disciplina. En el presente trabajo, se aplica una encuesta en línea a las profesoras y los profesores, constituida por preguntas cerradas y una abierta. A través de ella se indagan los usos habituales que hacen de la plataforma en sus clases tanto teóricas como prácticas. En base a los datos recolectados, se describen las funcionalidades y herramientas empleadas y se analizan las opiniones esbozadas en cuanto a las perspectivas y limitaciones que han detectado.
