description The field of research in Physics Teaching in Brazil has expanded notably in recent decades, driven by the growth and consolidation of postgraduate studies resulting from a succession of public policies, the engagement of research and teaching institutions and adherence to a regime of goals and results imposed varied mercantile interests. This state of affairs mediates the configuration of the field of knowledge, the respective interactions of forces and the characteristics of the subjects thus constituted. Such dynamics are modulated by power relations expressed in the semantic dimension (discursive, strictly speaking), which makes it possible to describe and analyze the metalanguage that mirrors them. With this aim, the work reveals the disciplining element of the object between the years 2001 and 2023, articulating the Foucauldian categories “knowledge-power-subjectivity”. Objectively, a bibliographical review was carried out, resulting in 96 publications analyzed: (1) using content analysis techniques, categorizing the main theoretical references, methodological procedures and themes covered; and (2) through a meta-analysis, obtaining lexical classes that corroborated the preliminary results and reinforced theoretical articulations. By derivation, an archaeogenealogical crossing of results unfolded, discursively retracing ways of being and ways of resistance and search for freedom.

A pesquisa em Ensino de Física no Brasil expandiu-se notavelmente nas últimas décadas, impulsionada pelo crescimento e pela consolidação da pós-graduação resultantes de uma sucessão de políticas públicas, do engajamento das instituições de pesquisa e ensino e por adesão a um regime de metas e resultados imposto interesses mercantis variados. Esse estado de coisas medeia a configuração do campo do conhecimento, as interações de forças nele presentes e as características dos sujeitos consequentemente constituídos. Tal dinâmica é modulada por relações de poderes expressas na dimensão semântica (discursiva, a rigor), o que possibilita descrever e analisar a metalinguagem que as espelha. Isso objetivando, o trabalho desvela o elemento disciplinador do objeto entre os anos de 2001 e 2023, articulando as categorias foucaultianas “saber-poder-subjetividade”. Objetivamente, operou-se revisão bibliográfica que resultou em 96 publicações analisadas: (1) por técnicas de análise de conteúdo, categorizando os principais referenciais teóricos, procedimentos metodológicos e temas abordados; e (2) via meta-análise, obtendo-se classes lexicais que corroboraram os resultados preliminares e reforçaram articulações teóricas. Por derivação, desdobrou-se um cruzamento arqueogenealógico dos resultados, remontando discursivamente modos de ser e maneiras de resistência e busca por liberdade.
