| Sumario: | This paper presents the stages of a Design-Based Study about the teaching of Matter Transformations within the Chemistry curriculum of the Licentiate's degree in Physics of the Faculty of Exact Sciences, Engineering and Surveying, National University of Rosario. The objective was to introduce a didactic change in the teaching of the topic Matter Transformations, taking into account The study was carried out in four annual cycles, it was framed in a research project accredited by the university. and had to be adapted due to the unforeseen events caused by the covid-19 pandemic. The proposed didactic change was based on the integration of theoretical-experimental activities and stoichiometric calculation, incorporating multimedia resources. This is why this project was framed in the Multimedia Learning Theory. The investigation adopted a mixed approach, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, carrying out interviews, surveys, analysis of laboratory reports and instruments included in evaluations. Among the results, a low percentage of approval was observed since 2020, which could not be reversed despite the multiple efforts made by the teaching team. |
