We give a quick introduction to the concepts of geodesics and curvature of space-time, then seek to explore the first exact solution of the Einstein Equations for black holes, and its consequences on space-time. To do this, we present the concepts, and illustrate them with simple calculations that allow for better clarity of the concepts. Neste trabalho, apresentamos alguns conceitos e aspectos interessantes acerca dos efeitos sofridos por uma partícula imersa em um campo gravitacional provocado por um buraco negro. Primeiro, explicamos como é definido o campo gravitacional na concepção da Gravitação Universal Newtoniana. Damos uma rápida introdução aos conceitos de geodésica e curvatura do espaço-tempo, em seguida buscamos explorar a primeira solução exata das Equações de Einstein para buracos negros, e suas consequências no espaço-tempo. Para isso, apresentamos os conceitos, e os ilustramos com cálculos simples que permitem uma melhor clareza dos conceitos.
