| Sumario: | In this work we present a didactic proposal for high school whose objective is to investigate the basic properties of non-Newtonian fluids and their possible technological applications. The proposal is aligned with the Science-Technology-Engineering-Arts-Mathematics educational approach (STEAM). The characterization of the fluid is carried out through an experiment that combines basic experimental techniques and video-analysis to acquire and analyze data from a collision. The sequence presented here was entirely designed to be applied through remote learning. Accordingly, synchronous and asynchronous activities are proposed, over four weeks of activities, with the additional aim of instigating the development by students of a less stereotyped view about science, its methods, and its relationship with technology and the solution of social, economic and environmental problems. |
