| Sumario: | The present work addresses an investigation around the preparation and evaluation of a podcast, carried out along the discipline of Supervised Internship in Physics' Teaching A and B, of a Physics Degree course at a Federal University in the South of Brazil, in the context of the Emergency Remote Education, as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic. In view of the amount of false information conveyed in the media about the operation of the infrared thermometer, it was decided that the first episode of the podcast would be about the operation of this thermometer, addressing all the physics content for its proper understanding. For the second episode, the chosen theme, based on the results of surveys and difficulties identified on the students, was "Earth Magnetosphere", with a section dedicated to astrobiology subjects and another one talking about César Lattes. At the end of the practice, it was concluded that podcasts can be considered an instrument of scientific education with great potential for the dissemination of information, and can contribute to the teaching-learning process of Physics, due to its characteristics as a type of media and by the engagement of the listeners. |
