In addition, using physlets is a way to innovate the physics class, and the Rasch model helps us to appreciate the progress that students are making in their knowledge of electrical circuits, using an active teaching methodology in the classroom. Mostramos algunos resultados de investigación en educación en física sobre análisis de Rasch y aprendizaje activo de circuitos eléctricos utilizando physlets, con estudiantes de educación media superior del Instituto Politécnico Nacional de México. Las metodologías de aprendizaje activo son importantes, porque existen buenos resultados en la literatura sobre su implementación en diferentes niveles educativos. Además, el utilizar physlets es una forma de innovar la clase de física, y el modelo de Rasch nos ayuda a apreciar los avances que tienen los estudiantes en sus conocimientos sobre circuitos eléctricos, al utilizar una metodología de enseñanza activa en el aula.
